1. Heavier items such as journals & microscope slide mailers have an additional shipping surcharge (please see the item description for details.)
2. Shipping is either by USPS or DHL/Airborne Express whichever is most cost effective
3. Heavier orders which qualify for USPS media mail may be sent this way and can take longer to arrive.
4. There will be an additional charge if you want your order to get expedited shipping. We will contact you regarding the specifics for this.

There will be a $9.00 charge for shipping anything weighing up to 4 lbs and fitting in a global priority mail envelope. Should the items ordered not fit in the envelope, an additional charge will be assessed depending on the order value and how quickly you would like the items to arrive. We will contact you via email to discuss this.

Should the items ordered not fit in the envelope or are fragile requiring a box and extra packaging, an additional charge will be assessed depending on the order value and how quickly you would like the items to arrive. We will contact you via email to discuss this.
2. For heavier or bulkier items such as journals & microscope slide mailers an additional shipping surcharge will be added.
3. Please do not ask us to underestimate the value of your order or to mark it as a gift. This is illegal and subject to stiff fines and penalties (for us).
