POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Anima Designs
purchase and it is in its original, resalable
condition (unopened, if packaged, and unused),
it may be returned to:

within 10 days of receipt of items. We ask that
you contact us in advance of shipment to let us
know that these items are on the way and to
state the reason for the return.
Be sure to return the items in original
condition, and include your name, billing
address and phone number (a copy of the invoice
is very helpful). We suggest you send the items
via a trackable shipping method and insure them
to prevent loss. Once we receive the product,
we will issue a credit for the amount of
purchase. We do not refund the shipping charge
either for the original purchase or for the
return shipment.
If the returned products are received in their
original condition, credit will be issued in
the same form as the method of payment. We
reserve the right to charge up to a 20%
restocking fee on orders that require
additional handling.
