- Flexible aluminum tags. Lightweight and easy to use, these flexible aluminum tags can be attached with eyelets, brads, or sewn on. Can be rubberstamped or used with metal stamps for a really great impression!
- Vintage style metal insect pins.These are fabulous metal pins in the shape of various insects: beetles, ladybugs, dragonfles, cicadas. There are 12 on a sheet and they are even more fabulous in person.
- Brass mesh. Not as fine as the bronze mesh, but still cool. This is brass mesh 80x80 and is similar to what is sold at Michael's and other such places. You get a generous roll 12 inches by 36 inches. Try heat treating with your heat gun for rainbow effects.
- Vintage-style butterfly pins. Fabulous vintage-style butterfly pins. Similar to the bird and insect pins. You get a set of twelve.
- Metal book rings. Also referred to as split rings. Nickle-plated loose-leaf ring has a pin hinge and interlocking jaws to prevent accidental opening. Used to hold sheets of paper or board. Available in five diameters. NEW TINY 1/2 INCH SIZE!
- Vintage metal slide mounts. These are wonderful, rare vintage metal slide mounts. They come in two sizes, have two pieces of glass so are great for sandwiching your image or dried flowers, etc. in between. Since these slide apart, they are easily reused. They come in two sizes, 2 inch square and 2-1/2 inches square.
- Metal Mini Lunchbox. This plain silver colored snackbox features the classic lunchbox shape without images. Keep it as is or decorate it yourself with whatever fits your fancy. Great as a purse, storage tin, or gift box. Metal fixtures and plastic handle. Measures about 7" wide, 5" tall, and 3" deep. Great for all of your portable project needs! - Bracelet blanks. We have a choice of bracelet blanks for gluing or soldering. The raw brass bracelets are 7.5" in length. This disc and loop bracelet form is available in raw brass (which is actually a copper color with a goldtone clasp). The bracelet is made of 9mm textured discs, 9mm connecting loops, and a fold-over clasp. The bright brass bracelet blanks are 8.2" long and consist of thirteen 9mm discs, fourteen 9mm connecting loops and a fold-over clasp. These discs are smooth. Attach fused glass, buttons, polymer clay, laminated paper art, charms or anything else you can think of either by soldering or gluing! Great for "junque" bracelets!
- New milagros. We're currently offering shiny, new silver metal milagros from Mexico in a variety of shapes. If they are too shiny and new for you, consider aging them with metal paint.
- Aluminum shaped tags. These wonderful little tags are available in four different shapes and are perfect for altered books, scrapbooks and mixed media projects. They can also be stamped on with ink (try Stazon) or used with your set of metal letters (the aluminum in soft, unlike steel)
- Brass/nickel label holders Anima Designs best sellers! These are tiny brass or nickle-plated book label holders in a package of 10. They're similar to the larger ones but these are really small and you get a ten of them in a package. Perfect for smaller projects . . . these come without the escutcheon pins but can be easily attached to most paper projects using the mini brads.
- Brass skull & crossbones charm/tag This solid brass skull and crossbones/pirate tag can be used as a pendant, charm or tag on a multitude of projects! The back is blank and can be engraved. - Rusted wire mesh screen roll This is a great small roll of rusted tin wire mesh that is 5 feet long so there is plenty for you to experiment with. This metal mesh has been rusted for you but is also coated (less messy, that way). It adds a great vintage look to every project. Use with slide mounts or other windows (in altered books, cards, collages, and more) Consider adding in jewelry projects as well. Would make a great background layer for your vintage photos or consider adding it on top (behind a window or opening) to create an air of mystery.
- Set of 5 Chinese coin replicas You will get a set of 5 Chinese coin replicas. Consider using them as embellishments for paper projects or closures for handmade books. Great embellishment for fabric projects also (could be used as buttons, perhaps. They are approximately the size of a quarter. Antique brass finish.
- Copper wedding milagro with ribbon These wonderful wedding milagro plaques are adorned with a red ribbon. They would make a great addition to a wedding card or other projects.
- Round door escutcheon/keyhole We have a small collection of these vintage round brass door escutcheons. With a prominent door knob hole, some may have residual paint. These measure 2 inches in diameter. Very limited availability and sold individually. All are unique.
- Peace milagro This peace milagro plaque is sturdily handcrafted from a tin/silver alloy and his quite heavy (3.5 ounces!). Nice detailing with an integral loop. Uses: Peace 3" by 2.75" (7.75 cm by 7 cm)Tin/Silver alloy
- Loteria ornament - La Mano This ornament features a loteria image La Mano (hand). Decorated with paint and glitter, this image on tin ornament has a small hanging hole. Measures 3"x4"
- Vintage milagros In addition to shiny new milagros, we offer vintage milagros are old brass, silver-plate, nickel, gold-plate and even some copper. These are all old authentic religious relics used in old Mexico (recovered from churches that are no longer standing, we're told.) You will get a package of five. Each package is different. Yours will differ from that shown. Each package contains five assorted milagros.
- Brass plated milagro heart plaque - This brass-plated milagro heart plaque is nicely detailed with a raised design. It measures 1-1/2" by 2" and has a hole punched in the top making it easy to add to your projects.
- Andean fortune telling ornament - This silver metal fortune telling ornament is from the Andes. Either heart, round or horseshoe-shaped with people, symbols and animals . . . it would be a great embellishment for an altar or shrine.
- Guadalupe angel handpainted metal ornament - This fabulous handpainted tin ornament is of the Virgin Guadalupe. Each ornament is a bit different so the color and decoration may vary a bit but all are wonderfully crafted and meticulously painted.The angel ornament has a hanging loop on the back. - Handpainted cherub angel ornaments - Each one of these small retablo ornaments was beautifully handpainted by an expert craftsman on metal. These are similar to our saint retablos, but with a cherub angel motif. Decorative ornamentation is painted on the reverse side also.
- Thai brass walking buddha metal amulet - Our Thai supplier has come through again! These metal Buddha amulets and all are handmade and special. The amulet is wrapped in a bezel and has both a hanging loop and a jump ring in case you'd like to wear it as a pendant. Note that the teardrop amulet is buddha in walking pose. The walking buddha is unique to 13th-14th centuries in Thailand.
- Thai Metal (Brass) 5 Buddha Amulet - Our Thai supplier has come through again! These metal Buddha amulets and all are handmade and special. The amulet is wrapped in a bezel and has both a hanging loop and a jump ring in case you'd like to wear it as a pendant. The Five Dhyani Buddhas, or Great Buddhas of Wisdom featured in this amulet are a central feature of Tibetan Buddhist belief and art. They are often found in Tibetan mandalas and other items. Each Buddha is believed to be capable of overcoming a particular evil with a particular good, and each has a complete system of iconographic symbolism.
- Vintage Thai Buddhist Famous Monk Medallion Amulets - These authentic Thai Buddhist amulets have a rich history. Thai amulets, charms and talismen are made by Buddhist gurus for various purposes: invulnerability, good luck, fortune, protection from evil, etc. Many Thai Buddhists wear or carry amulets of different kinds. They are in some ways comparable to "holy medals" in Catholicism. An amulet may represent a famous Buddha image, may be blessed by a saintly monk or may be a more specific spirit to bring the wearer luck or to ward off misfortune. - Thai Metal (Brass) Arch Buddha Amulet - Our Thai supplier has come through again! These metal Buddha amulets are handmade and special. The amulet is wrapped in a bezel and has both a hanging loop and a jump ring in case you'd like to wear it as a pendant. This amulet features a seated Buddha in a striking rounded arch design.
- Sacred heart virgin nicho - Hand-painted tin nicho in vibrant colors. Decorated with paint, lettering, a stamp, milagros and paper flowers. With a rolled tin closure and glass door, this nicho measures approximately 4x6 inches. This hand-tooled tin nicho is one of a kind.
- Green Guadalupe Heart Nicho with Milagros - The Virgin of Guadalupe stamp is housed in a beautifully handpainted heart nicho with milagros. This one-of-a-kind design was handmade and handpainted in Mexico. The painting on the nicho is done in a subtle green. The bronze milagros have been soldered on and surround the glass-fronted hinged door with rolled tin closure. Measures 6.5 inches tall by 4.25 inches wide. The nicho is 3/4 inches deep, nearly 2-1/2 inches tall, and 1-3/4 inches wide. With a hanging loop. Unique.
- Afghan coin - Afghan coin with a soldered brass loop are great to use for pendants or charms. Sold individually.
- Solid copper skull bead - Sold by the bead, these Chinese solid copper skull beads each measure 15mm tall x 11mm wide and 10mm thick and have a 2mm hole. Nicely detailed and with an aged patina, they're sure to add a rustic charm to any of your tribal or Day of the Dead jewelry projects.
- Pewter skull beads - Pewter zinc alloy skull beads in packages of 10. Measures approximately 8x12mm with a large 4mm side to side hole. Would make great spacers on skull bead bracelets.
- Copper face bead strand - These copper puffed oval face beads from India measure approximately 11mm long by 10mm wide, 7mm thick with a 1mm hole. These lightweight beads are really unqiue, nicely detailed and with a great patina. We are selling them by the strand of 18 handmade copper beads.
- Vintage Buddhist Thai Coin Amulet - Red - These coin amulet pendants feature an image of seated or standing Buddha against an enameled colorful background.
