Bone Large Fish (Goldfish/Koi) Beads. These large bone fish beads are nicely carved on both sides. Although there is some variation in size, most of these focal beads measure 2" in length. The drilling of the hole is from top to the bottom of the "torso" of the goldfish and with the exit hole on the back side. Antiqued to show the carving detail.

Bone: Large Frog Bead or Pendant These nicely handcarved frog bone beads are drilled top to bottom and would make a great focal point for a necklace. Bead measures 33mm tall and 24mm wide. (25mm~1inch) Sold individually.

Bone: Pair of Bone Fish Beads w/Diagonal Hole These handcarved bone fish beads have diagonal holes as shown in the photo but also have two holes drilled front to back. Nicely carved. You'll get a set of two.

Bone: Antiqued hand-carved bead with 3 faces Package of two Hand-carved bone bead, antique-finish, 22x5mm, sold per package of 2. Superbly detailed, this bone bead has 3 faces and is carved on both sides.

Bone: Carved Bone Face Tubes/Cones These unusual large hole tube beads have handcarved faces on each side. The size and shape of the beads are variable: some are more tube-shaped and others are shaped more like a cone. In addition to the large central hole, these also have holes at the top and bottom of the beads so your stringing options are numerous. We have two basic sizes: The smaller beads measure approximately 26mm long by 12mm wide with 10mm holes. The larger tubes measure approximately 38mm long and 12 mm wide with 9mm holes.

Bone: Carved Butterfly Bone Beads These two-sided beads are drilled top to bottom and have exquisite handcarving and detail. They measure 20mm wide and 15mm tall. They are sold individually.

Bone: Buddhist arhats beads talisman These wonderful carved arhats bead strand have the faces of various Buddhas at the ultimate stage of enlightenment. Great to use as is or to take apart for the fabulous Buddha head beads. With decorative black beads and a Chinese knot, there are 18 arhats plus one head bead for a total of 19.

Bone: Hand-carved bone female body bead Sold individually This exceptional bone torso bead is finely hand-carved and aged which helps to accentuate the grain of the bone. Nicely detailed, the bone pendant/bead is 3 dimensional with both a front and back. We have a limited quantity of these and don't see a supply of them too often. Note that the new ones that we've received are antiqued a bit darker than that shown. Would make a great start for a mini art doll or pendant.

Bone: White Bone Skull Beads (7mmx10mm) We've never seen skull beads like these before. These are not dyed at all (no antiquing). They still have great handcarved detail and measure approximately 7mm wide by 10mm long. There are 37 beads per strand. Limited availability.

Bone: Dark bone carved round tabular beads (10) These great accent beads are handcrafted from bone, stained a dark mahoghany and carved with various motifs. The diameter of the beads are approximately as follows: Circles & Stars: 14mm diameter, 3mm high Circles w/lines: 10mm diameter, 3mm high

Bone: Carved Monkey Bead. In honor of the Chinese year of the monkey, we have an unusual carved bone monkey bead. The hole runs from top to bottom and is fairly large. A lot of detail in the carving for a small bead! All of the beads in stock are the same "speak no evil" pose. Sold individually but both front and back of the bead are pictured. Hand carved in China.

Bone: Finely carved skull bone malas. the carving on these skull bone malas is quite nice. Each strand has 108 beads and comes in two sizes: 5x6mm and 7x9mm. These are a really special addition to our ever-growing inventory of skull beads.

Bone: Detailed carved bone skull bead. The detail in these large handcarved white bone skull beads is incredible. Note that this bone has not been aged or smoked and is a creamy white color. Several hanging holes are drilled. Beads measure 32mm long by 15mm wide (remember that 25mm~1 inch!). Made in Indonesia

Bone: Giant bone skull bead. These unique beads are huge! This is by far the largest skull bone beads we've had in stock -- and all are handcarved. Very limited supply. Measures 35mm high and 3mm wide (25mm~1 inch)

Bone: 29mm Bone skull beads. We now have these larger skull beads in sizes ranging from 25mm to 35mm. These are in the middle of our large bone skull beads measuring 29mm tall by 30mm wide. All are handcarved and nicely antiqued. Carved from two pieces of bone but nicely done. The hole is approximately 2mm.

Bone: Beads with ancient writing. We're told that the tribal markings on these beads were an ancient form of writing. All are carved and lightly antiqued. The rondelles measure approximately 8mm in diameter with a very large 2-3mm hole. You will get a package of 10

Bone: Pig/boar bead. These cute white bone pig/boar beads are handcarved and lightly accented with black markings. They are approximately 24mm from the tip of the snout to the top of the tail. There is approximately a 2mm hole which is drilled from top to bottom.

Bone: Rectangular bone pig bead. These handcarved bone beads are large (39mm long by 24mm wide) (remember that 25mm~1 inch). They have a 2mm hole drilled through the center but also have a number of other holes drilled through the sides (see photo) so that you have lots of design options with this bead!

Bone: Carved antiqued dragon bead. These fabulous dragon beads are similar to our cinnabar dragons but are made from bone which has been antiqued for greater definition. These are really fabulous, unusual beads. Dragons measure 24mm wide by 21 mm high. Limited stock available.

Bone: Tiny round monkey beads. Great little monkey beads, hand-carved in China from bone and antiqued with a wonderful patina.

Bone: Dark Brown Skeleton Bead/Pendant. We fell in love with these skeleton bead/pendants! They measure a generous 45mm high and 25mm wide. The 1-2mm hole is at the top. Nicely carved and ebony-stained, theses beads will be fabulous in all of your Day of the Dead projects!

Bone: Skull beads tiny bone (5). These skeleton beads have a large hole and come in a pack of five. Similar to the beads found on a mala, these are ready to adorn your jewelry and mixed media projects!

Bone: Buddha with Carved Headress These wonderful new Buddha bead have a smiling face and a the carved detail of the headress to distinguish them from our other large bone Buddha beads. Hole is drilled top to bottom and the back is flat. Note the quarter for size reference (a quarter is slightly less than 1 inch in diameter ~25mm)

Bone: Spectacular Bone Scrimshaw Turtle Beads. What a find! These bone turtle beads are finely carved with scrimshaw detailing on the the tortoise shell. The larger tortoise/turle has been double-drilled so that it is ready for your next bracelet project. They have also been drilled side to side with one hole in case you want to make a pair of matching earrings. You get 10 beads on a strand. Depending on the spacers used and the size of your wrist, 8 beads would make a great bracelet with two left over for earrings or other projects. See the strand pic for the unique way that the large turtle heads overlap on the strand!

Bone: Lightly antiqued bone malas. We've search high and low and finally found some plain (uncarved) bone malas that are very lightly antiqued. Each strand has 108 beads plus a two header beads. These are wonderful beads which combine well with other bone or agate beads (we like them with our new rustic dzi-style beads). Lentils are 11mm in diameter with a 3-4mm whole. Bone: Adinkra Gye Nyame Batik Beads. Two designs and two sizes for these stunning batik beads--the West African Adinkra symbol, Gye Nyame ("except for God" -- the symbol of the supremacy of God) adorns them both. This unique and beautiful symbol is ubiquitous in Ghana. It is by far the most popular for use in decoration, a reflection on the deeply religious character of the Ghanaian people. The smaller ebony brown wood bead with ivory-colored markings measures 3/4" square and the larger blonde wood bead with ivory markings and hand-painted black outline is 1" square. Both beads are drilled from top to bottom. For a limited time, we are offering these by the strand. The smaller batik bone beads have 10 beads to a strand and the larger ones have 9 beads per strand. Would make great necklace or earring components.

Bone: Hand-carved, two faced bone beads (5). These hand-carved bone beads have two faces on them, both wonderfully done. You will get a set of five small beads -- each measure less than 1.2" in diameter.

Bone: Hanging Bone Skeleton Beads. These hand-carved skeleton beads come in two finishes: light aged bone and ebony. (Your choice) Substantial holes have been drilled in the hands, arms, torso and feet so the skeleton can appear to be climbin or hanging from its cord. Each skeleton bead is 1.25" long. Made in China.

Bone: Round Indonesian Carved Bone Moon Face Bead. Similar in quality to our oval Indonesian carved face beads, these round face beads are a creamy white bone with detailed moon face carving. The beads are approximately 25mm in diameter and are sold individually. Please see the photo for the placement of the holes on the back.

Bone: 2 Sided Poker Playing Card Tile Beads. These bone poker playing card tile beads are similar to our mah jongg tile beads except that they are patterned after a standard deck of poker cards. The beads are two-sided and are drilled top to bottom. They are 25mm high and 19mm wide. The hole is approximately 1mm. They are carved and the color is inlaid (painted). They are not perfectly done (there's some coloring outside the lines!) but we think that adds to their charm!

Bone: Carved tribal motif dark 8mm beads. These are 8mm bone beads that have a mahoghany stain and then are hand-carved with a tribal motif. Wonderful as either focal or accent beads in all of your jewelry projects. Available in a 10 bead pack or by the 50-bead strand.

Bone: Lightly Antiqued Bone Stick Beads. These 15x5x3mm "stick" beads are lightly antiqued bone. You'll get a set of 10 beads. These are great for all of your jewelry-making projects. Limited availability.

Bone: Antiqued Bone Dragon Bead/Pendant These wonderful bead/pendants are handcarved with the popular dragon motif. For the ultimate in flexibility, these pendants are drilled from front to back through the dragon's teeth and have two other holes: one through the side of the teeth and the other through the jaw. The pendants range from 25-27mm long and 9-11mm in diameter.

Bone carved sun figure pendant. These carved bone pendants are handcrafted with a figure and sun motif. The pendant measures 18mm wide by 33 mm tall (that's .75" by 1.25") and has a 2mm hole for hanging. Nicely carved.

Bone: Skull beads (14mm) bone strands. These wonderful skull beads are handcarved from bone and treated for an aged patina. Since they are hand-carved, each skull is a bit different. Great for Day of the Dead projects. There are some size variations but most measure 14mm tall by 11 mm wide. the hole is at least 2 mm. We have these available by the strand of 30+! (We've counted 31). We have them in an antiqued finish and also in a little whiter finish (lightly antiqued)

These uniquely carved bone skull beads are distinguished by their large eye sockets. These 20 mm beads are very nicely carved.

These fantastically carved hanging skeleton torso beads are similar to our hanging skelton beads. Instead of the full skeleton, these are torsos only with the holes going through the hands, head and torso. Measures a generous 34mm from top to bottom. Nice three dimensional carving on both sides.

These cute white, flat bone skull beads measure approximately 10mm by 16mm high (remember 25mm is approximately one inch). These are handcarved and have not been antiqued. The beads are two-sided and the eyes are completely drilled through the beads. A great addition to our skull bead line.
